We provide virtual mentorship to individuals currently in, and aging out of foster care between the ages of 17-25 state wide.
Absolutely free! Our dedicated mentors meet weekly with individuals throughout all three phases of our six month program.
Our program utilizes a strength-based and person-focused approach to help individuals reach their full potential in life. We recognize each individual's strengths, creativity and independence.
Participants map out the focus of their individualized program and work on life-skills, such as self-reflection, career development, networking and explore access to services.
Individuals will gain a wide professional network, useful resources, develop strong communication, confidence and knowledge.
Every person participating in our program receives a laptop to ensure service accessibility. The laptop is permanently donated to each that completes the program.
